未経験歓迎

知識はイチから学べます

残業ほぼ無し基本定時退社

「コンクリートの管理」と聞くと

難しそうに思われるかもしれませんが、

専門知識や経験は一切不要。

「ちょっと気になる…」など

主な仕事

  • v
  • 朝は生コンクリートの硬さや

柔らかさを測る試験からスタート

  • 空気量や塩化物量などのチェック
  • 現場やドライバーからの

「もう少し固めてほしい」などの

依頼に社内で対応

  • 時にはコンクリート運搬など

体力を使う作業もあり

  • 生コンクリートって?

セメントの他に、砂・砂利・砕石などと

混和剤を混ぜて作られている建設に

欠かせない資材です。

放置すると90分ほどで

固まってしまうので、ミキサー車の

ドラムを常に回すことで運搬中に

生コンクリートが固まったり、

分離してしまうのを防いでいます

生コンクリートは時間の経過とともに

常に変化していくため、製造時と納入時の

2回、丁寧に品質検査を行い、規格に適合

しているかチェックします

難しそうに見えるかもしれませんが、

化学の実験などのように楽しみながら

働くことのできる環境なので

「化学が好き、興味がある」

「学生の頃、実験が好きだった」

という方などにもオススメです

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり24日

*早番7:30~16:30(休憩1時間)

*遅番8:30~17:30(休憩1時間)

※早番・遅番は1週間ごとの交代制

月平均残業時間:5~10時間程度

基本給:月給 23万5392円 〜

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり6万4608円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり42時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
