仕事内容
お任せするのは、お店の"顔"としてお客様をお迎えするホール業務全般です。
新店舗のため、決まった型に縛られすぎず、
「どうしたら居心地の良い空間になるか」をみんなで考えながら働けます。
具体的には…
ご来店されたお客様を笑顔でお出迎え・お席へご案内
オーダー取り、料理やドリンクの提供
お客様と楽しく会話をしながらの接客対応
一緒にお酒を飲んで盛り上げることも
レジ業務や、営業前後の簡単な準備・片付け など
最初は「ドリンクを運ぶ」「お客様をご案内する」など、
できることから少しずつお任せします。
オーナーや先輩スタッフが常に近くにいるので、
分からないことはその場ですぐ聞ける安心環境です
夜のお仕事や銀座のお店が初めてでも大丈夫。
言葉遣いや所作、接客のコツまで、
オーナーが一つひとつ丁寧にフォローします。
「最初は緊張していたけど、
気づいたら自然に会話を楽しめるようになっていた」
