Requirements

Japanese language skills (N2 or above) is required

In-house development (specializing in direct projects for prime listed companies)

Development for a wide range of industries (many projects in which you can be involved from the upstream)

Server and network design, construction, operation and maintenance, etc.

The ratio of contracted projects to SES projects is 5:5.

Development languages include "Java," "Kotlin," "C#," "Swift," "Objective-C," and "PHP," etc. Infrastructure is AWS projects.

In SES, the OS environment is mainly windows with a focus on open source languages.

In infrastructure, the main focus is on the design and construction of virtualization environments, etc.

For infrastructure projects, you will gain experience under senior employees.

To ensure fairness in our evaluation system, we conduct an interview once every three months to ensure that employees working on projects outside the company are evaluated fairly. We conduct a multifaceted evaluation based on an evaluation sheet, which includes individual, leader, and company evaluations. We encourage individual career development by sharing the experience and skills necessary to achieve future goals among the team members.

In addition to in-house projects, employees who participate in external projects are also assigned to specific teams within the company. Although the leader and the usual work site may differ, we use chat tools such as Rocket Chat and Slack so that we can always communicate with each other. You will be able to consult with the leader immediately, so you don't have to do it all by yourself.
