・ファイナンスの専門知識を活用した財務および見込みデータの分析およびレポーティング

・コントローラーおよびFP&Aマネージャーとの協働およびサポート
・他部門との協働およびサポート
・必要に応じ米国本社経理部門へのレポーティング等の対応
・その他ファイナンスに関する業務
経験・スキル
【必須の経験・スキル】
・5年以上の管理会計を中心にした実務経験。加えて、財務、税務、内部統制等の経理分野の実務経験および知識があれば尚良し。
・予算管理や業績・損益見込み(forecast)プロセスに幅広く関わった経験
・管理会計分野における実務経験に加えて、経理部門トップやマネージャーおよび他部門へのレポーティングおよびサポート経験
・日商簿記2級以上または同等の知識を有する
・円滑な人間関係構築および業務推進のためのポジティブなコミュニケーションスキル
・リーダーシップ・チームプレイヤー
・海外出張に対応できる(年に1~2回の可能性あり)
**・PCスキル(Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint)**:中級以上
・SAP等のERP運用経験(社内ERPも可)
**・日本語**:ネイティブ
**・英語**:ビジネスレベル以上(TOEIC 750点以上)
