Position Summary:
1) Responsible for all supply chain planning activities for OEM Japan and ASEAN business.

2) Lead Japan and ASEAN Sales forecasting process with Sales/Finance team, ensuring that forecast maintain as accurate as possible.

3) Create purchase orders in time according to given lead-time, and monitor shipment status closely until goods arrival for OEM Japan and ASEAN business.

4) Responsible for Inventory availability so that we have goods materials available in order to support customer demands in time working closely with Internal Factory with regards to Inventory replenishment activities and forecasting needs.

5) Establishing a supply chain for launching New Models and securing New product inventory properly on Customer demand.

6) Grasp information on Discontinued Models and control surplus inventory of discontinued products accordingly.

7) Control of in-house EOL products and associated minimization of waste product risk

8) Compile and analyze assigned KPI and identify areas of improvement. Work with functional execution team to optimize operation process.

9) Support for internal & external audit such as IATF16949.


What You Will Do:
・Monthly basis, generate sales forecast in SKU level for next 18 months horizon and align revenue

proposal with Commercial Management team. Load and manage aligned demand plan in IBP

system for Lumileds's Global SIOP process.

・ According to aligned demand plan, set up and manage intake/stock netting process in IBP system

down to SKU level. Timely handshake with supply sites for proper material preparation

・Based on intake result / other demand signal, add/reduce Purchase Order with internal supplier,

daily follow up with internal supplier & other functional team for a timely availability

・Monthly inventory projections, deviation analysis, identify action & improvement plan & follow up

・Weekly align supply risk with both supply & demand side, make proper escalation to Management

・Monitor and manage master data in SAP and IBP in timely and high quality manner

・Responsible for confirming Required L/T of New products for the launch of New customer model

in advance, Issue the forecast at the appropriate timing, and ensuring stable procurement in

collaboration with internal supplier after placing an order.

・Eliminate dead inventory that will not be consumed in the future conducting adjustment of forecast and PO at earlier phase getting information of customer EOL models earlier with Sales

department.

・Confirm customer demand for products that are no longer being produced at internal factory

with the relevant departments, confirm the appropriate inventory quantity through authorizing

with the relevant departments, and ensure optimal inventory while taking into account the

inventory amount in the KPI area.

・Create a data list of products that have been discontinued at internal factory, monitor the

quantity secured in stock, remaining P/O quantity, and consumed quantity to understand risks.

・Optimize the supply chain, negotiate and minimize logistics costs with forwarders and warehouse, confirm supply chain risks, periodically review the selection of the most suitable forwarder in order to establish a stable logistics system.
