ご利用者さまのなかにはご自分の思いをうまく表現できない方もおられます。また、高齢者の方は話し相手になってくれることがなによりうれしい、とよくおっしゃいます。介護技術は後からでも身に着けることが出来ます。どんな時にもご利用者さまにやさしく寄り添うことができ、素直で向上心がある方は介護の仕事を通して最も成長できる方だと思います。

①【出産のとき】

出産見舞金が受けられ、元気に子育てが出来ます

②【医療費支給あり】

グループ内での医療機関を受診したときに支給されます(※共済会制度で給付を認めた院所に限ります)

③【産前産後休暇・病気や怪我で休んだとき】

傷病見舞金が受けられ、安心して療養出来ます

※社会保険とあわせ平均給与の約96.6%が保障されます。

④【病気や怪我で入院したとき】

傷病で医療機関に入院したときの医療費(健保本人一部負担金)が『入院見舞金』として90%支給されます。

⑤【退職されるとき】

退職者慰労会の会員が、所定の条件を満たして退職する場合、『退職一時金』または『退職者慰労金』が受給できます。

⑥【ご不幸にあわれたとき】

指定職員本人、またはご家族に不幸があった場合、状況により2万円〜最大250万円の給付があります。
