仕事概要
<募集背景> かものはしプロジェクトは、"こどもの虐待や貧困など、「なんとかしたい」を大きな力に変えていく"ことを目指し、 これまで国内外で多様な取り組みを行ってきました。 いま私たちは、社会の仕組みそのものを変える=システムインパクトを目指す新しいフェーズに立っています。 個人の支援にとどまらず、セクターや地域、社会構造、市民のあり方に働きかけるチャレンジをしていきます。 この変化の中で、かものはしは「なんとかしたい」という想いをエネルギーに、 "Power(戦略性・実行力)"と"Love(共感・対話)"を両立・往復する組織として進化しています。 その実現のために、課題の本質を見極めながら、チームとともに戦略を描き、プロジェクトを実行に移せる仲間を募集します。 最初は特定の事業領域に所属しますが、将来的には複数の社会課題に関わる可能性もあります。 「このテーマを自分ごととして動かしたい」――そんな想いを持つ方を歓迎します。 <職務内容> ・担当領域におけるプロジェクトマネジメント・業務推進 ・戦略・年間計画・目標の策定、進捗モニタリング・改善 ・関係者との合意形成、チーム内外の調整・伴走 ・新規プロジェクトの立ち上げ・パートナー協働の企画運営 ※経験や関心に応じて、広報・ファンドレイジングなど横断的な領域への参画も可能 <エントリー方法> 応募フォームに必要事項を入力、ファイルを添付し、エントリーをお願いします。 尚、必要書類は以下の通りです。 ・履歴書 ・職務経歴書 ・志望動機書(A4サイズ1枚程度、その他のファイル項目にて添付してください)
必須スキル
・社会人経験5年以上 ・プロジェクトマネジメントやチームリードの領域で、高い成果創出に取り組んできた方 ・柔軟に国内外出張や東京出社が可能な人

給与
月給:357,000円~439,000円まで 理論年収:5,010,000円~6,153,000円まで (経験・能力を考慮し、団体内規定に基づく)

勤務体系
勤務時間 フレックスタイム制(コアタイムなし)。標準所定労働時間は1日8時間(5時~22時の間)。時短制度あり。土日出勤した場合は代休あり。 昇給・賞与 募集ポジションにより自動昇給制度あり。賞与は年に2回(6月、12月※業績による)。 異動・兼務 業務の都合により、必要に応じて異動・兼務を命じる可能性あり。 諸手当 通勤手当(上限3.5万円/月、実費精算)、業務手当(みなし残業30時間分、超過した分の残業代支給あり) 休日・休暇 完全週休2日制(土・日)、祝日、年次有給休暇(規程に基づく)、季節休暇(夏季・冬季)、慶弔休暇、子どもの看護休暇・介護休暇、生理休暇。育児・介護休業制度あり。
