ショッピングモールや携帯ショップで開催されるキャンペーンイベントにて、

ご来場のお客様へ料金プランやサービスをご案内し、ご契約につなげるお仕事です。

【仕事内容】

・お客様の利用状況やご要望のヒアリング

・キャンペーンや料金プランのご案内

・他社プランとの比較や乗換メリットの説明

・契約希望者への申込手続きサポート

・受付スタッフへの引継ぎ
