Position Statement:
VIP Sales Agent としてセールス部門に所属し、H.I.L.T.O.N.バリューを実践のもと、セールス・プレゼンテーション(ツアー)後に物件購入に至らなかったゲス
トに対しアンケートを行いながら、バケーション・イントロダクション・プログラム (VIP)について説明し、販売を行います。ヒルトン・ブランドのサービス精神や文化を
体現する責任と、次の業務を高いターゲット・レベルで実行することにより、HGV の成功とオーナー数の増加を促進する責任を担います。
Position Summary:
- セールス・プレゼンテーション(ツアー)後に物件を購入しなかったゲストに対し、ポスト・ツアー・サーベイを実施しながら、個々のゲストに適した VIP を
提案し、販売する
- 会社が指定する一定の割合の VIP 販売率を維持する
- VIP 購入者に対して、ルールに基づいてバケーションプログラム契約を締結する
- すべての VIP 購入者に対して電話や E メール等でフォローし、VIP 購入者のキャンセル率を下げる
- 拠点とするセールス・ギャラリーのセールス・マネージャーやセールスリーダー、セールス・エクゼクティブ等と協力し、チーム、会社としてのターゲット達成
に取り組む
- その他、マネージメントからのリクエストに応じ、プロジェクト参加等を含む業務遂行
