仕事内容:

エネルギー基地での物流を通じ、

人々の暮らしや社会の根幹を支える仕事です。

危険物を扱っているため、安全な運用、

問題を発生させないことが大前提です。

丸紅エネックス 千葉―ターミナルでの構内作業

①タンカーで運ばれてくる石油やLPGを

専用タンクに陸揚げ出荷する荷役の立ち合い

②桟橋での荷役監視

③石油基地設備の保守整備作業

(勤務形態)

就業時間:08:00~16:30

残業目安:時間外労働 25時間/月

※早出・当直の場合あり

普段は残業がなく、休日もしっかりとれますが、

月2回ほどタンカーからの荷下ろしのため夜勤があります。

夜間は交代しながら荷役の監視をします。

殆どの先輩スタッフが

経験ゼロから始めています。

先輩スタッフが丁寧に教えるので

一歩間違うと重大なトラブルや事故に

つながるプレッシャーはありますが、

同時にやりがいも大きな仕事です。

16時30分に仕事が終わるので、

プライベート時間も大切にしながら

働ける環境です。

勤務時間・曜日:

  • 08:00~16:30
  • 時間外労働 25時間/月
  • 早出・当直の場合あり

休暇・休日:

  • 週休二日制
  • 休日出勤あり、その場合平日に振替休日が取得できます。
  • 有給休暇は、法定有給休暇(雇用時から6か月以上勤務の場合付与)

以前となる雇用日に付与させていただきます。

  • 給与は年齢・経験・スキルを考慮します
