Position Overview
Details of the Division and Team:
The Structurer is responsible for assisting Senior Originators in origination, marketing, structuring, and execution of export finance / project finance / structured finance transactions, as well as ongoing portfolio monitoring. The Structurer and Sales works closely with Coverage, STEF global teams, other Trade Finance & Lending / Corporate Bank business lines as well as relevant infrastructure functions (e.g. Legal, Credit Risk Management, Anti-Financial Crime, Compliance etc.) throughout the deal life cycle.

Your key responsibilities:
- Assists in origination, marketing, structuring and execution of new export finance / project finance / structured finance transactions.
- Works closely with Coverage to maintain close relationship with Japanese clients.
- Takes full responsibility as the first line of defence on the assessment and management of financial and non-financial risks.
- Supports senior management in portfolio monitoring and other internal / regulatory reporting requirements.
Your skills and experience:
- Minimum 2 years related experience working with a Trade Finance and Lending (TF&L) / project finance / structured finance (or similar) team.
- A degree from a renowned university.
- Minimum business daily coversation level Japanese and excellent communication skills in English.
