【仕事内容】

光学機械メーカーにて、

総務事務をお任せします。

【具体的な業務内容】

  • 施設や設備関係に関する業務

・本社施設管理

・工務関連の対応

・清掃業者の対応やビル管理対応

(ビル管理会社とのやり取りを含む)

・什器管理

・各種届出の対応

・点検や監査対応

・廃棄物に関する業務

・環境測定

・倉庫や鍵の管理

  • 株主総会

・会場備品準備

・会場での対応

・警察対応

・新任役員挨拶の原稿手配

・各種書類の準備・発送

  • その他

・セキュリティ管理

・統合管理カードシステムの導入・管理

・各事業所との連携

・防災関連の業務

・警察関係(特殊暴力対策協議会)との連携

・保存文書管理

~平日のみ週5日勤務~

9:00~17:45

実働8時間・休憩45分

・残業時間は最大月10h程度

基本的には数時間程度です。
