業務内容

  • 広島市庚午地域包括支援センターで、

保健師として地域の高齢者支援に携わりませんか?

《仕事内容》

・ケアプランの作成や地区診断を行い、

介護予防教室の主催や関係機関との調整もお任せします

・公用車を運転し、訪問調査や来所者の相談対応も行います。

地域でのサポートを通じて、高齢者が元気に暮らせる環境を整えます

あなたの日々の努力がしっかり評価される職場です。

  • さらに、残業は月平均3時間程度とほぼナシ

ONとOFFのメリハリをつけて、自分の時間も大切にできます。

  • 必要資格:普通自動車運転免許(限定可)
  • 必要経験:看護師の場合、居宅や訪問看護等での勤務経験1年以上
