RESPONSIBILITIES
We're looking for a Beauty Advisor to join our Lux Sales team. Reporting to a Retail Manager/ BA Trainer, you will maximize COTY corporate values through sales activities and engage customers.
Lux Sales teamにJoinして頂けるビューティーアドバイザーを募集しております。
Retail Manager及びBA Trainerにレポートして頂きながら、店頭でのセールス活動を通して、コティが持つコーポレートバリューを最大化して頂く事最大のミッションになります。

In this role you will be responsible for:
- Understanding the strategy of both brand and company
- Execute excellence in the counter to engage our customer.
- Strong commitment in sales

The team consists of Retail Operations, and you will work closely together with several departments such as Marketing Commercial and Sales, Finance, Supply Chain teams. All your colleagues are collaborative, and you will receive tremendous support for you to excel in this role.
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You like to make a difference. As an experienced Sales professional, you will share your valuable experience with the team, and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you should also have the following requirements:
- Over 1 year demonstrated experience in Luxury Beauty cosmetics
- Over 1 year demonstrated experience at Department Stores
- High communication skills
- Problem solving skills

- 百貨店における、1年以上のご経験
- 高いコミュニケーションスキル
- 柔軟性を持ちながら物事に取り組む姿勢
