アライアンス企画推進スタッフ

<仕事内容>

・法人向けセキュリティ機器の提案営業(新規開拓・既存代理店フォロー)

・営業戦略の企画立案と実行

・チームマネジメント(育成、同行支援、KPI管理)

・代理店や取引先との関係強化、パートナーシップ構築

・将来的には拠点責任者として事業運営・推進を担当

◆法人営業の経験をお持ちの方(業界・商材は不問)

09:00~18:00

実働時間:8時間/日

(休憩60分)

給与:

・基本給25万円~+営業手当10万円+インセンティブ+賞与

◆経験・能力により決定します。

◆営業インセンティブ:粗利の5%

◆昇給・昇格:年1回(12月査定)

◆賞与:年2回(8月・2月、業績に応じて支給)
