弊社の有償ServiceであるProfessional Service、及び戦略的Support Serviceの販売戦略立案、提案、契約を行うポジションです。
Professional Serviceはお客様のITプロジェクトの計画、構築、運用の各工程を支援するコンサルティングサービスで、ITシステムのデジタル化、迅速化、最適化などを支援するサービスになります。
Support Serviceはお客様が利用するHWやSWの保守サポートで、迅速な障害対応や管理の効率化を支援します。
主に新規契約の獲得をミッションとし、担当エリアのAM(Account Manager)やパートナー様と連携し、お客様の新規案件に対して、より高付加価値なServiceのAttachの提案・販売推進を行います。
営業サポート部門と連携して、効率的に見積要求、問い合わせ要求に対応します。
Service(Professional Service、Support Service)の最新情報を常に把握し、関係するTAM、Partner最新の情報を提供するとともに、販売戦略を共有することで、効率的なService Penetrationの最大化を図ります。

担当エリアの販売実績、お客様やパートナーの声、販売特性等を分析し、市場にあう商材の販売戦略検討ができること。
