【職務のミッション】

内部統制を意識しながら、単体の制度決算を行い、監査対応の補助を行う。

【職務の内容】

単体の財務諸表及び報告書が会計基準に則って作成されているかについて責任を持つ。

①単体決算における会計処理、プロセスに関するガイドラインを策定、管理する

②勘定科目、取引記録について情報を収集、管理する

③法定財務諸表及び報告書について、スケジュールを管理し、会計基準・ガイドラインに則って作成、報告する

【学歴】

大卒以上

【求める職務経験】

・グローバルな製造業やそれに準ずる規模の組織における経理実務の経験

<推奨>

・グローバルな製造業やそれに準ずる規模の組織における連結決算、工場決算、原価管理業務の経験

【求めるスキル・知識】

・製造業における経理実務の内容をレビュー可能なスキル

<推奨>

・本社部門、工場部門と協業する上で必要となるコミュニケーションスキル

・自動車及びいすゞ製品に関する知識

・簿記2級以上の資格

・日本語

・英語(尚可)

待遇

【給与】

500万円~600万円

経験・スキルを最大限考慮し、当社規定により優遇致します。

※昇給年1回、賞与年2回 (今年度実績6ヶ月)

【勤務時間】

本社8:45~17:45 工場:8:15~17:15

※フレックスタイム(指定職場による/1日の標準労働時間8H)

【試用期間】

3ヶ月

【休日・休暇】

年間休日:121日(会社設定カレンダーによる完全週休2日制)

有給休暇:入社年度15日(勤続1年毎1日増、最高20日)ほか
