自動車部品の製造以前は飲食の仕事をしてたんですが、

休みも友達と合わなく…他の仕事探していました。

応募して3日で登録。1週間後に勤務開始。

短期単発の日払いバイトとかでは経験しましたが、

安定的に長く働ける職場で「こんなに早いの?」って思ったのが正直な感覚。

オンライン登録でしたが、担当さんの説明はわかり易く、

条件にあった仕事で話しがまとまり、他のところに面接する前に決まったんで、ラクでした。

製造未経験なのにできるのかな~と心配していたら、

職場の近くの技能センターで2日間研修があるといわれて…

正直めんどくさいとも思ったんですけど、

給与も出るし、一緒に働く人と事前に話せたし、配属されるところのクセとかもわかったんで、

それはそれでアリかなと合わなければ他の職場にも案内してくれるみたいなんで、

その辺も派遣で働くメリットかなと思いました。
