弊社の管理人スタッフのお仕事は、身体介助が一切なし。

朝の安否確認・簡単な清掃・入居者様とのお話相手など、

"元気な高齢者の見守り"が中心のシンプルな業務です。

さらに、週2日~の柔軟シフトで、

介護の現場のように時間に追われたり、体力的に無理をすることもありません。

介護の経験をムリなく活かしながら、心にも身体にも余裕のある働き方が叶います。

【仕事内容】

高齢者の方が安心して暮らせるように、建物内の見回りや清掃、入居者様とのコミュニケーションを行うお仕事です。

介助業務は一切なく、未経験の方でも始めやすいシンプルな業務が中心です。

・建物内の簡単な清掃・巡回

⇒共用部の掃き拭きやゴミ出し、設備チェックなど、日常的なきれいさと安心を保つための作業です。

・入居者様のお話相手・コミュニケーション

⇒挨拶やちょっとした雑談を通じて、入居者様が安心して過ごせる環境づくりを行います。

・安否確認・見守り業務

⇒ 朝の時間に入居者様へ声かけをして、体調や普段との変化を確認します。日中は巡回を行い、異変があればすぐに専門スタッフへ引き継ぎます。
