北海道内に18店舗、東京エリアにも11店舗を展開する同社において、東京エリアのエリアマネージャーポジションをお任せします。

【具体的には…】

▼店舗業務:

・接客、サービス・商品品質の維持管理

▼マネジメント業務:

・複数店舗の売り上げ管理

・原価管理

・販売戦略

・各店舗スタッフのシフト管理・教育など人材マネジメント

☆店舗管理職の裁量が大きく、店舗の設計や企画にも携わることができます。

関東の各店舗 ※関東以外への転勤無し

・飲食業界でのSV経験やマネジメント経験をお持ちの方

◎飲食チェーン店でのご経験をお持ちの方

適切な人員配置で負担が偏らないよう本部が調整。日々の残業量もチェックし、改善に着手。

そのため勤務の際はお客様に全集中できますし、業界では珍しく「土日祝に希望休」を取ることも可能です。深夜勤務もありません。

★月間休日8~10日深夜残業もなく過度な負担もなし◎

各店舗に一定数の社員を配置し、働きやすい環境づくりを行っています。(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
