チームで確認し合う製造作業

半導体部品の製造サポート

「製造は初めてだけど、

一人で放り出されるのは不安」

そんな気持ちを持つ方に向いている職場です。

ここでは、指示を聞きながら、

周囲と確認し合って進める作業が中心。

静かすぎず、必要な声掛けがある環境なので

自然とチームの中で仕事ができます。

派遣スタッフも多く、

未経験スタートの方が安定して続いています。

  • 仕事内容

決められた手順に沿って、

チームで分担しながら進める製造作業です。

・部品を機械にセット

・材料粉末の計量や準備

・ボタン操作などの簡単な機械操作

・加工後の部品を取り出し確認

・目視チェック、梱包作業

※作業ルールが明確で、

分からないことはすぐ確認できます

※マニュアル完備・先輩のフォローあり

「これで合っているか」を

その場で確認しながら進められるため、

ミスを引きずらず落ち着いて作業できます。
