At the Wafer Test Solution Group at Keysight's Hachioji site, we plan and develop parametric testers for the electrical measurement and testing of semiconductor wafers.
Parametric testers are widely used by many semiconductor companies for process control monitoring in semiconductor manufacturing processes and wafer acceptance testing.
Our market share in this area is very high, with almost all major foundries using Keysight's parametric testers.
In the research and development department, we engage in a wide range of development activities, from hardware and software development for electrical measurements to system integration.

Responsibilities半導体テストソリューションR&Dのチームメンバーとして製品開発を行う。
アナログ回路を中心とした設計を行い、ボードレベルから設計する。
デジタル回路、ファームウェア、ソフトウェアメンバーと協力し、システムレベルの設計を行う。
機器を調整および校正するためのアルゴリズムの開発
製品が仕様、機能、および性能要件を満たしていることを確認するためのテスト計画の設計および実行
技術進歩に関する業界の動向の調査と適切な技術の活用
既存製品およびソリューションの更新、改善設計
Designing, developing, testing, and debugging application software and/or firmware required for products
Designing, developing, testing, and debugging software programs, products, and tools required for the operation and control of programmable products and systems
Creating dedicated programs for product shipment and product support
Developing algorithms to align and calibrate equipment
Designing and executing test plans to ensure products meet specifications, functionalities, and performance requirements
Research and development for WTS products and solutions
Qualifications
工学、科学または同等の学士号または修士号
6-7+年の関連する実務経験
アナログ回路、電源回路等の設計経験
アナログエンジニア、リードエンジニアとしての製品のリリース経験
日本語のネイティブレベルの能力および英語の日常業務が行えるレベルの能力
八王子サイトへの転居/出張が可能
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Science, or an equivalent field
6-7+ years of relevant work experience
Experience in designing analog circuits, power circuits, and similar systems
Experience in product release as an analog engineer or lead engineer
Native Japanese language proficiency and Working English language proficiency
Able to relocate/travel to Hachioji site
