Job Requirements
・電動車(EV)用、ハイブリッド車(PHEV)用充電インレット開発
・各自動車メーカーへ共通部品として提供できる標準的な充電インレットの部品の設計、開発、実験、評価及び各種社内開発イベントの資料作成・発表等
・ 国内主要自動車メーカーやTier1/Tier2メーカーへの提案活動および技術協議の実施
・ 顧客要求をまとめ、コンセプト提案、詳細設計、デザインレビュー、試作~量産立ち上げに至る製品評価・検証の実施
・ インレットコネクタなどの関連接続部品の構造提案
・ サプライヤーとの技術折衝/指導、交渉、調整、品質改善活動
・ 国内外顧客、海外姉妹拠点及び社内関係部門からの依頼に基づく技術支援および指導
・ SAPを使用しデータ集計・分析し資料作成の実施。
・ 伝票・システム処理

・ 学歴:大学(高専)卒以上
・ 専攻:理工系学部
・ 語学:日本語 - ビジネスレベル(ビジネス・技術対話および資料作成が可能なこと)
中国語でコミュニケーションができる方or中華圏出身の方大歓迎
英語でコミュニケーションができる方
※現在は初級能力でも、習得意欲があれば入社後の向上で挽回できます。
・ PCスキル(Microsoft Office〔EXCEL、Word、Power Point〕必須)
【業務経験】
・ 業界を問わず、機械/機構設計・開発に関して7年以上の実務経験並びに関連知識
・プロジェクトの開発段階から量産まで管理の経験がある方
・ 社内関係部門を巻き込み、協調性をもって積極的にプロジェクト推進ができる方 (明るさ、活発さ、粘り強さ、協調性)
・ 常に問題意識を持ち、その解決のための努力を惜しまない姿勢を持っている方(概念的/論理的思考力)
・ 業務に対する積極的な姿勢、自己管理能力
