仕事内容:

当社は福祉部門、飲食部門からなる企業で今回の募集は福祉部門の事業責任者候補となります。
福祉部門は2018年6月に就労移行支援事業所を立ち上げ(現在5事業所)来年度は3事業所立ち上げ予定です。
●採用ポジションについて
当社は事業拡大にあたり将来的に事業責任者としてマネジメントを行える方を募集します。
アピールポイント:
福祉業界の賃金の低さの常識を壊そうと奮闘しております。
福祉未経験者が8割超えている企業になりますので一般企業での実力がそのまま当社で反映できます。
現在社員数(福祉部門)25名で来期20名増員予定。
管理職以上の人材の7割が2,30代の女性で年齢、男女関係なく評価
5年15事業所、1000万以上プレイヤー7名を目標に運営しています
求める人材:
●3年以上のマネジメント経験(業界不問)
●一定以上の数値管理や営業経験
●コミュニケーション力
・傾聴力、伝達力、提案力、共感力
●コンプライアンスや法令順守など意識、行動
●経営陣と同じ目線で変革をもたらす当事者として問題解決に取り組める方
勤務時間・曜日:
平日9:00~18:00
休暇・休日:
完全週休2日正 年間休日120日以上
基本平日勤務(祝日、土曜日事業所開所の時あり)
