To expand Rakuten Pay's merchant base, you'll be responsible for increasing the number of member stores and transactions in each region. You'll work with small and medium-sized businesses to promote payment solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce and execute strategies to increase merchant base
• Develop and provide consulting services to small and medium-sized businesses
• Collaborate with teams to propose and implement payment solutions and services
• Analyze and improve merchant acquisition measures

Requirements:

• Corporate sales experience (3+ years)
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• TOEIC score of 800 or above (or willingness to obtain equivalent score within 2 years)

Nice to Have:

• Experience in payment and cashless services
• Experience in new business development
• Experience in management or leadership
