仕事内容:

合同会社真誠は、地域社会に貢献する介護事業を展開しており、「ひとりひとりの時間や、ケアを大事にし、自立支援を」目標としています。

☆スタッフ管理がメインの管理職を募集

10名ほどのスタッフの日々の業務管理やシフト管理など、運営における部分を一緒に盛り上げて行ける方を募集しております。

【主な業務内容】

・従業員のシフト管理や人事業務

・施設利用者様ご家族へのケアなど

業界未経験でもしっかりサポートします

マネージメント経験・スタッフ育成などの経験がある方、是非ご応募お待ちしております

求める人材:

【必須資格】

・普通自動車運転免許

事業所の行き来が有るため。

【歓迎】

・管理者経験者

・介護業界経験者

・気合とやる気の有る方

・社会人として最低限のマナーやモラルが有る方

勤務時間・曜日:

(勤務スケジュール)

・9:00〜18:00(シフト制)

・実働8時間勤務/60分休憩(拘束9時間)

・週5フルタイム/週休2日制(土日休み)

・1ヶ月単位の変形労働勤務制

休暇・休日:

・月間休日数8〜10日/週休2日制(シフト制)

・年間休日110日

(受動喫煙対策)屋内禁煙

・一定期間後に在宅勤務も選択可能

・車・バイク通勤可能

駐車場完備

給与:

(月収)200,000円〜(スキルを考慮します)

(交通費)規定に基づいて支給
