配属先のバックヤードサポート部門は30代男性を中心に構成されています。他のスタッフもみんな相談のしやすいアットホームな雰囲気です。
担当するのは、店舗運営を支えるバックヤード業務。主な仕事は届いた商品を段ボールから取り出し、ビニールを外して店内スタッフに渡す開梱作業とPCを使った在庫管理です。その他、商品発送などの軽作業、イベント時の商品手配などもあり、適度に体を動かしながら働きたい方にピッタリのお仕事です。
国内最大級の旗艦店ということもあり、イレギュラーや突発的な対応が必要なこともありますが、その分やりがいはあります
入社後はまず、できる範囲のことからスタート。先輩たちのフォローを受けながら、徐々に業務の幅を広げていくことができます。PCスキルや商品管理の実務経験を活かせるのはもちろん、就労経験の浅い方にもオススメです。

主な仕事内容
バックヤードサポートを担当します。【業務内容】●入荷商品の開梱やタグ確認などの在庫管理●店舗間での商品移動に伴うパッキングや配送手配●商品の集荷・配荷●電話対応や清掃業務 など※店頭に立つことは基本的にはありません。※電話については配慮可能となっています。【ポイント】バックヤード業務は男性メンバーを中心としたチームで対応されています。皆さんの年齢も近く、コミュニケーションは活発。業務についてはもちろん、体調面などについても相談しやすい環境となっています。スタッフにはスマートフォンが支給され、必要に応じて連絡を取り合っています。
