仕事内容


不要になった銅線・アルミ・ステンレス等の再利用可能資源の回収・買取・分別を行い

リサイクルに向けた販売を行う当社にてリサイクル資源の回収及び分別などの作業をお願いします。

  • トラックの運転未経験でも一から教えるので安心です。
  • 運転と作業の割合は、平均に5:5程度で、スケジュールによっては8割以上が運転なんて日も。
  • 無駄な渋滞などは回避、効率重視で高速道路は積極的に使用。
  • 勤務地は神奈川県大和市上草柳480(本社)及び綾瀬市の提携工場に直行直帰。

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり23日

8:30~17:30(実8h/休憩1h)

※稼ぎたい方は早出・残業も相談可能

給与詳細


基本給:月給 30万円 〜

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり

※上記給与は、一律手当・月23日稼働で20時間の残業を含む給与にて算出しております。

(頑張りは「昇給」「賞与(最大年3回)」にて還元。設立以来、昇給しなかったスタッフはいません)

※別途、毎日食事手当支給します

給与例


月収例:40代・男性スタッフの場合

月収35万円…月給30万円+精勤・無事故・残業手当

※別途賞与年2回&業績により決算賞与支給
