募集部署 VW 営業本部 セールスオペレーション課

業務内容 新車販売に係るディーラーの業績向上を担当する

具体的職務:

1) ディーラー別、モデル別のレポートと評価を提供する。

2) ディーラーのパフォーマンス改善を推進する。

3) エリアマネージャーがディーラーにおいて適切な PDCA サイクルを回

すことを支援する。

4) 営業企画と連携し、目標台数、在庫状況、市況に合わせた適切な戦

術を実施する。

5)運営企画と営業データ分析と戦略

応募資格: 

1) 学士号または同等の学歴

2) 3~5 年の関連業務経験

3) MS オフィスの実務経験(Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

4) 流暢な日本語レベル、英語日常会話レベル

5) 優れた交渉能力

6) 卓越した戦略的思考

7) 担当分野のエキスパート

8) プロジェクトマネジメント能力
