【仕事内容】

当社が管理する賃貸マンションの補修や

メンテナンス業務およびそれに付随する

業務全般を担当いただきます。

具体的には…

*管理物件の定期巡回

*入退去時の室内チェック、立会い

*原状回復や補修作業のスケジュール調整、予算管理

*補修業者への見積もり依頼、発注

*オーナー様への見積書・請求書作成、報告、提案

*入居者様からの設備や室内の不具合に関する問い合わせ対応

*簡単な補修作業(例:水回り、網戸、建具の調整など)

*その他賃貸管理に伴う業務

※実際の補修作業は基本的に業者が行うため、

専門知識・技術がなくてもOK

<特別なスキルは不要>

このお仕事に必要なのは
