賃貸管理・仲介などを手がける不動産会社です。

今回募集するのは、

そんな当社の「管理物件の入居募集」を支える

一般事務・営業サポートスタッフ。

「オフィスワークに挑戦したい」

「事務の仕事に興味がある」

そんな方を、未経験からお迎えします。

  • お任せしたい仕事内容

お仕事は、当社が管理する賃貸物件の

「入居募集」に関わる事務が中心です。

具体的には…

・電話対応(業者さんからの問合せが中心)

  • 物件の空室状況や条件に関する問い合わせ対応

・入居時に使う書類のチェック・準備

  • 申込書や契約書類の内容確認
  • 必要書類のセット・ファイリング など

・システムへの入力・登録作業

  • 物件情報や募集条件を専用システムに入力

・鍵交換やお部屋の写真撮影(※社用車運転あり)

  • 物件へ社用車で向かい、鍵の受け渡しや撮影を担当
  • 外出もあるので、単調なデスクワークだけにはなりません

・簡単な経理・事務作業

  • 書類整理やデータチェック など
  • 特別な資格や高度なスキルは不要です

専門的な不動産の知識は、入社時点ではなくて大丈夫。

まずは先輩が隣で仕事の流れをお見せしながら、

一つずつできることを増やしていきます。

<応募条件 (必須)>

・普通自動車免許(AT限定可)

  • 業務で運転する場面があります

・PCの基本操作ができる方

  • WordやExcelでの簡単な入力 など

※事務未経験・業界未経験の方も歓迎です。

PC入力や電話対応をしたご経験がある方

・人と話すことが嫌いではなく、

ていねいな対応を心がけられる方

・不動産業界やオフィスワークに

基本的なPC操作に抵抗がなければご活躍いただけます。

また、学歴やこれまでの職種は問いません。

勤務時間詳細


10:00〜19:00の間でシフト相談OK

※1日4〜8時間 / 週3日〜OK

※原則残業ナシ

※シフトは月ごとの申告制です

ご家庭と両立しながら働きたい主婦(夫)の方

「10:00〜15:00」×週3〜4日

朝の家事やお子さまの送り出しを済ませてから出勤し、

日中に事務や電話対応の業務に取り組むスタイルです。

夕方前に退勤できるため、

送迎や夕食準備の時間も確保しやすい働き方です。

日中しっかり働きたいフリーターの方

「11:00〜19:00」×週4〜5日

通勤ラッシュを避けて少しゆとりを持って出勤し、

事務処理やシステム入力、物件に関わる業務などに

幅広く携わっていただくシフトです。

安定した収入とオフィスワークの経験を

どちらも重ねていきたい方に適した働き方です。

上記以外の時間帯や勤務日数についても、

面接時にご希望をお伺いしながら調整します。

休日休暇

  • 定休日:日曜・祝日、その他希望休(シフト制)
  • 長期休暇:年末年始、GW、夏季休暇 ※社内規定による
