Web・スマホ・GUIアプリケーション開発プロジェクトにおける、PMまたはPL業務をご経験・志向に応じてご担当いただきます。UXデザイナーやエンジニアと連携し、上流から一貫して"体験を重視したものづくり"をリードしていただくポジションです。

プロジェクトマネージャー(PM)

Web・スマホ・GUIアプリケーション開発において、プロジェクト全体の計画立案から遂行・管理、クライアントや関連部門との調整・折衝をリードいただきます。予算・進捗・品質・リスクなど、多面的にプロジェクト全体をマネジメントするポジションです。

■具体的には

・クライアントや関係部門との折衝・要件調整

・要件定義?設計?開発?検証・リリースまでのフルフェーズの推進

・UI/UXデザイナーやテックリードとの連携による仕様整合・レビュー推進

・社内外開発メンバーのリソース管理、進捗/コスト/品質のモニタリング

・協力会社/パートナーとの折衝・調整・管理

プロジェクトリーダー(PL)

Web・スマホ・GUIアプリケーション開発において、技術的なリードを担っていただきます。設計・実装フェーズを中心に、要件定義段階からプロジェクトに参画し、技術的な視点での要件整理・設計・実装・レビューまで一貫してリードするポジションです。

■具体的には

・PMやクライアントと連携した技術要件の整理・提案(要件定義フェーズから参画)

・アーキテクチャ設計、画面設計・機能設計

・技術リードおよび開発メンバーのマネジメント

・アプリケーション開発、コードレビュー

・技術的課題の特定・検証・改善推進

・UI/UXデザイナーやPMとの仕様整合・連携

・協力会社/パートナーへの技術ディレクション・レビュー支援

など

【求める人材】

以下のいずれかのアプリ開発経験

Kotlin/Java を用いた Android アプリ開発
Swift を用いた iOS アプリ開発
React Native/Flutter などを用いた マルチプラットフォーム開発
PC/スマホ/車載などの GUIアプリケーション開発

アプリ開発プロジェクトにおける プロジェクトリーダー、または、プロジェクトマネージャー経験
