<職務内容 活動/役割・責任>
- 衛星システム全体の開発計画(日程、システム、プロダクト)に沿って運用設計を主導する。
- ミッション概念設計文書を基に運用計画文書を作成する。
- 運用の観点から、衛星システム及び地上システムへの要求事項を提案する。
- 運用に必要な文書の準備を推進する。(運用計画、運用手順、運用ルール)
- 衛星システム技術者、地上システム技術者、顧客等の関係者と技術調整を実施し、運用に必要な情報を集めて運用設計に反映する。
- 運用設計に必要なツールを開発する。
- 運用手順の検証計画を立案する。
- 運用に関する外部と内部の審査会の準備をする。
- 実運用要員の訓練とリハーサルを計画、準備し、実行する。
- 衛星打上げ後の衛星運用の実行を主導し、関係者との調整を行う。
- 衛星打上げ後の実運用計画立案(パスアサイン、各パスの運用内容設定)を行う。
- 衛星打上げ後、衛星の実運用シフトメンバーとして参加する。
- 外部サプライヤーおよび外部委託先との契約内容の検討を行う。
- これらの活動を行うチームを組成し、リードする。
<必須条件>
- 衛星・宇宙機の運用または開発における5年以上の実務経験
- 衛星運用設計・計画の実務経験
- 運用ドキュメント(運用ハンドブック、計画書、手順書等)の作成経験
- 衛星運用のための地上システムに関する実務知識
- 数名程度以上のチームをリードした経験
- 英語に抵感がないこと
- 日本語ネイティブレベルまたは日本語能力試験N1程度
- 問題の特定、原因分析、解決策の実行ができる方
- チームプレーに適したコミュニケーション能力

- ランデブー・ドッキングミッションの運用経験
- 運用シミュレータの開発経験
- 軌道力学の知識
- 一級陸上無線技士
- 異文化環境での業務経験
