完成した製品に色を塗り、サビや劣化から

金属を守る「仕上げ」の重要な仕事です。

鉄製の配管やタンク、機械を乗せる台などの、

大型製品の最終工程を担当します。

  • 【業務概要】

仕様書に基づき、鉄製部品への塗装やチーム業務を行います。

具体的には…

  • 【業務①:塗装作業】
  • エアレス(吹き付け)、ローラー、刷毛を

使い分け、下・中・上塗りをします。

  • 【業務②:下準備】
  • 塗料がつかないようにするマスキングや、

表面を整える準備作業を丁寧に行います。

  • 【業務③:チームサポート】
  • 少数精鋭のため、塗装以外の業務も

みんなで協力して行います。

溶接の補助や簡単な組付け作業など、

チームの一員としての動きをお願いします。

給与詳細


基本給:月給 18万円 〜 25万円

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

通勤手当、家族手当、残業手当、休日出勤手当は会社の規定に基づき支給いたします。

賞与/年2回(夏・冬)

期末手当/年1回(春)
