Job Description
As a Product Solutions Engineer, you'll partner with cross functional teams, lead technical discovery sessions, and design tailored solutions to meet client needs. In your day-to-day role, you will:
- Provide training and present new feature and product demos to both our partners and users
- Provide consultations to identify and solve business challenges
- Collaborate closely with development, product, and engineering teams to define technical requirements, influence platform enhancements, and advocate for partners and regional client needs
- Work hands-on with APIs, web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to ensure smooth and efficient deployment of Wix solutions
- Work collaboratively with Product Managers across Wix's international and dynamic environment to create or enhance features
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in onboarding, training, or consulting in the SaaS space, with a proven track record of driving customer success and long-term product adoption across diverse industries
- Extensive experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, including product, engineering and executive teams, to identify, address and solve complex business challenges through data-driven strategies
- Fluent in both Japanese, business-level English, with strong communication skills in technical and business settings
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, particularly with the React framework, along with deep hands-on experience in implementing and optimizing Web Analytics
- A solid understanding of security practices, including data privacy and access control – an advantage
