<学校向けのICT支援業務>
練馬区の小・中学校向けのICT機器(PC、タブレット、電子黒板)、ソフトなどの設定や操作方法をサポートするお仕事です。
主に先生を対象に、市内の各校を訪問してサポート対応を実施します(1訪問3.5時間位)
資料や報告書の作成、研修担当業務などもあります。
入社時に2~3週間、派遣先にてしっかりトレーニングしますのでご安心ください。(定期的にスキルアップ講習あり)
初出勤時は支援員リーダーが同行(2~3週間はフォロー・同行)

ICT事業(情報通信技術)で学校支援を行う訪問サポートのお仕事です。
主に学校の先生を対象に、機器操作の設定や操作方法の案内をしていただきます。
定期的なスキルアップ講習もあり、自身の成長が感じられるお仕事です
基本は土日祝休みですが、学校行事やイベントなどで土日出勤いただく場合があります。
通勤は公共交通機関または徒歩での通勤となります。
スーツ・私服(オフィスカジュアル)OK

求めている人材
社会人経験5年以上必須
基本的なPC操作経験必須、その他
・Microsoft Office(Word,Excel,Powerpoint の基本操作)
・Google Workspaceアプリの基本操作
・Google chrome操作経験
・Android OS端末操作経験
情報デバイスや情報技術に明るい方向けのお仕事になります。
サポート業務という業務上コミュニケーション能力が求められます。

勤務時間詳細
9:15〜17:15(実働7:00)
(休憩 12:00~13:00)
基本平日勤務ですが、学校行事などのイベントなどで土日に開催する場合には、出勤の場合があります。

年末年始長期休暇あり、他学校閉庁日もお休みとなります。

交通・アクセス
練馬区内の学校へ公共交通機関を使って訪問/学校訪問時の交通費は実費月に一度の精算となります。
給与詳細
基本給:時給 1600円 〜
給与例
月収例254,000円程度
時給制1,600円〜
月収例:時給1,600円×月140h+残業手当2,000円×15h(※交通費は別途支給)
※賞与(業績による)
※時間外労働の割増賃金は法定労働時間(8時間)を超えてからの支給となります。
