【仕事内容】

石岡工場の経理課にて、経理実務+業務改善・管理業務をお任せします。

「言われた作業をこなす」経理ではなく、

数字をもとに考え、現場と連携しながら経理業務をリードする役割です。

将来的には、経理課の中心メンバーとして

業務設計・後輩指導・マネジメントにも携わっていただきます。

<具体的な業務内容>

  • 月次・年次決算業務(補助からスタート)
  • 請求書処理・支払業務
  • 原価管理・数値分析、データ集計
  • 経理資料の作成・管理
  • 監査対応(補助業務含む)
  • 経理業務フローの見直し・改善提案
  • 管理職候補としての業務推進・運営サポート

※実務を理解したうえで、徐々に裁量を広げていきます

8:00〜16:45(休憩60分)

給与:

月給:201,200円〜339,360円

<内訳>

  • 基本給:123,500円~227,200円
  • 職能資格手当:68,700円~103,160円
  • 食事手当:9,000円
  • ※残業代は別途支給

■昇給:年1回(4月)

■賞与:年2回(6月・12月) (前年度支給実績:計5.2ヶ月分)
