【ミッション】
SB Intuitions社内の大規模データの管理・活用を支えるデータプラットフォームの設計・構築・運用を通じて、データドリブンでイノベーションを推進します。
また、データ品質の向上、セキュリティ維持、パフォーマンス最適化により、データ活用しやすい環境を提供します。
【職務内容】
・数十ペタバイト規模のデータを扱うオンプレミスおよびクラウド環境でのデータプラットフォームの設計、構築、運用
・オブジェクトストレージ(S3)を利用した分散型データ管理システムの開発・運用
・IAMアクセス制御やデータカタログによる、データガバナンス強化や管理及び、データ利用推進
・マルチデータセンター間でのストレージの統合レイヤーの開発と運用
・LLMモデル、コーパスデータ、RAG用基礎データの保存・管理
【
望ましい経験/スキル
】
・大規模データプラットフォームの設計・構築・運用経験
・データベースやデータレイクに関する知識
・クラウド環境(AWS/GCP/Azure)でのシステム開発・運用経験 (3年以上)
・Python・Java・Go いずれかのプログラミング業務経験 (3年以上)
・Kubernetes、Dockerを使ったミドルウェアやサービスの開発と運用の経験
【歓迎要素】
・LLMOps、MLOpsの開発、運用経験
・DMBOKに基づいたデータガバナンス/品質管理の経験
・オブジェクトストレージ(S3)や分散型ファイルシステムに関する知識と運用経験
・IAM制御・管理の経験 ・データカタログツールの導入・運用経験
・分散コンピューティング(Hadoop/Sparkなど)の知識と実務経験
・データ処理基盤のパフォーマンス最適化経験
・法令遵守、セキュリティ管理・対策に関する知識と経験

【賃金・賞与】
・月給:541,667円~1,500,000円
・想定理論年収:6,500,000円~18,000,000円
※上限金額はその限りではございません。
※月給・想定理論年収:基本給+固定時間外手当(35時間相当)
※時間外手当は一般職のみとなります。
加えて、固定時間外手当(35時間)を超えて勤務した場合は実績に応じて支給いたします。
※別途インセンティブが支給されることがあります。
【働き方】
・フレックス勤務可能(所定労働時間:9:00〜17:45 ※休憩:1時間)
・リモートワーク可能 ※フルリモートについては予め申請が必要となります。
・週休2日制(土曜日および日曜日)、国⺠の祝日、
・年末年始(12月29日〜1月3日)
・その他会社が指定した日 年次有給休暇(6日〜21日)
※入社月によって付与日数は異なります。
