仕事内容
電話やチャットに届くのは、
「申込はどうすればいい?」「見積書をつくりたい」など、
**デザイン系ソフト(画像編集・イラスト作成など)**に関する日々の相談ごと。
その一つひとつに寄り添いながら、お客様が安心して使えるよう支えていく仕事。

ライセンス追加や契約内容の見直しなど、寄せられた声に応じて手続きを案内していく、
シンプルで進めやすい流れ。
【――その人に合うプランを一緒に探す】
利用状況や希望を聞き、より使いやすくなるプランがあれば、そっと提案する。
【――「続けたい」に変わる瞬間がうれしい】
解約を検討している方には、状況を聞きながら継続のメリットをていねいに伝える。
気持ちが前向きに変わる場面に立ち会えることも。

①昇給ありパフォーマンスに応じて最大時給1800円までUP ②習熟度に応じて在宅勤務可能に ③20名の大募集につき積極採用中
応募資格
営業経験がある方(年数や業種は問いません) / その他資格は不問 / PCスキル:文字入力がスムーズにできる方 / ビジネスメールに触れた事がある方優遇(少しでも使用した事があれば大丈夫です)
