仕事内容


製造業向けAIモデル開発・実装プロジェクトにおいてリサーチ・開発業務を行っていただきます。

単にアルゴリズムの検証を行うだけでなく、データ取得部分の改善や現場での運用を目的としたアプリケーションの実装、現場でのシステム立ち上げまで幅広く関わっていただきます。

また、自社AIプロダクトの企画・プロト開発にも一部携わって頂く予定です。

必須要件


・Pythonの実装経験(データの種類問わず)目安:1年程度

・チーム開発の経験(言語問わず)目安:1年程度

・新しい技術への探究心があり、誠実かつ主体的に業務を遂行できる方

・製造業における職務経験(生産現場での経験があればなお良)

・AI・機械学習システムの開発経験

・データ前処理・分析基盤の構築経験

・非構造データ(画像・動画・時系列など)の取り扱い経験

・FA機器(PLC,FAカメラ,ロボット.画像センサなど)と連携したシステムの開発経験

・システム開発の上流工程(要求定義~基本設計)の経験

・リーダーやマネジメントのご経験

・顧客折衝の経験

・TPSをはじめとする製造業に関する知識

経験、スキルを考慮の上、同社規定により優遇いたします。
・月給350,000円~666,667円
・基本給259,794円~494,846円
・固定残業代(時間外労働45h相当)90,206円~171,821円
※年収構成:月給×12ヶ月
※人事評価により年2回、給与改定を実施
