仕事内容


製造業向けSCM系プロダクトの最適化プロジェクトにおいて、開発業務を担当していただきます。

実用的な数理最適化アルゴリズムの実装にとどまらず、基幹システム導入やデータ管理の基礎整備が求められる製造現場に対し、管理環境の整備やデータ化支援を行います。

また、システム導入後の運用フォローにも一貫して携わっていただきます。

さらに、自社AIプロダクトの企画やプロトタイプ開発にも一部参画いただく予定です。

必須要件


・Pythonの実装経験(データの種類問わず)目安:1年程度

・新しい技術への探究心があり、誠実かつ主体的に業務を遂行できる方

歓迎要件


・製造業における職務経験(生産現場での経験があればなお良)

・数理最適化アルゴリズムの開発経験

・Next.jsもしくはReact.jsの開発経験

・データベース設計や管理の経験

・システム開発の上流工程(要求定義~基本設計)の経験

経験、スキルを考慮の上、同社規定により優遇いたします。
・月給350,000円~666,667円
・基本給259,794円~494,846円
・固定残業代(時間外労働45h相当)90,206円~171,821円
※年収構成:月給×12ヶ月
※人事評価により年2回、給与改定を実施
