We are supporting our client, an international Fortune 500 company, in the search for a Project Associate to join its growing team.
This role supports the successful planning and execution of projects by ensuring effective coordination, reporting, and adherence to established PMO processes.

Duties and Responsibilities
The Project Associate will support project planning and execution by maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
The role involves working closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with company standards.
All activities must be performed in accordance with company procedures and PMO guidelines, with a strong focus on efficiency, communication, and quality delivery.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport project planning activities, including schedule and resource tracking
Maintain and update project documentation such as timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder registers
Track project tasks and monitor progress against defined scope and deadlines
Assist with preparation of project reports, status updates, and presentations
Coordinate meetings, workshops, and project communications
Identify potential risks or issues and escalate them in line with PMO processes
Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
Support continuous improvement of project management processes and tools
Requirements and Qualifications
B2B contract
Previous experience in project coordination, project support, or similar role (1–3 years preferred)
Proficiency in English
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, international environment
Experience with project management tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
