今回は、企業ブランディングや就活プラットフォームのクリエイティブを牽引する「クリエイティブディレクター」を募集します。

【主な仕事内容】

映像企画・演出のディレクション

「企業の魅力をどう表現するか」というコンセプト立案から、構成台本(絵コンテ)の作成、現場での演出指示までを担当します。単なる説明動画ではなく、心を動かすストーリーテリングを重視します。

制作進行・クオリティコントロール

撮影・編集メンバー(パートナー)への指示出しや進捗管理を行います。アウトプットがブランドイメージに合致しているか、視聴者を惹きつけるクオリティに達しているかを厳しくチェックし、納品まで責任を持ちます。

求める人材:

【必須条件】

・映像制作のディレクション経験(企画・構成・進行管理)

・基本的な動画編集スキル(Premiere Pro / After Effects等)※指示出しや修正対応のため

【歓迎資格・経験など】

・アートディレクターやCMプランナーの実務経験

・ブランディング動画やドキュメンタリー映像の制作経験

・クリエイターチームのマネジメント経験

勤務時間・曜日:

・9:00~19:00の範囲で1日5時間以上
