「製品分析・解析マネージャー (セラミック基板)」のポジションの求人です
・品質改善のための製品分析業務のマネージメント
・新製品開発品分析、歩留まり改善、不具合品解析などの業務計画立案と分析実施
※必要に応じて休日シフト体制(別日に代休を取ってもらいます。)があります。

【募集背景】
近年、新技術を用いた市場が拡大する中、サプライヤーに対する品質への期待は大きくなっており、MARUWAのセラミック基板も例外ではなく、顧客との品質協議、交渉の機会が増えています。
これらの社外対応の組織強化をする上で鍵となる「製品分析業務のマネジメント経験者」を募集します。

【給与】
年収 800 ~ 1280 万円
【賞与:年2回(6月・12月/過去実績5~8ヶ月)】
*通常の時間外手当支給(ただし残業は原則なし)
*管理監督職該当の方は、時間外手当支給なし
なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
