【介護職員の役割について】

介護の仕事の目的は、ご入居者の怪我や病気を治すことではなく、日常生活を支えることが大きな目的です。介護職員の役割は「なんでもやってあげる」「なんでもしてあげる」ということではありません。私たちが行うことは、「必要な支援を、必要な人へ、必要な分だけ行う」ことです。

【勤務について】

3交代シフト制で、夜勤業務は月に6回程度です。夜勤業務は2日勤務扱いとなります。

月給272,968円~

基本給212,968円+夜勤手当1回あたり5,000円(月給は夜勤6回実施した場合の30,000円含む)+東京都居住支援特別手当20,000円+品川区居住支援特別手当10,000円

介護資格をお持ちの方は基本給223,076円

試用期間中(入社日より3ヶ月経過後の20日まで)は基本給210,056円

夜勤業務は月に6回程度

入社時OJT期間中に育成担当者とともに夜勤に従事した場合、夜勤手当3,000円/回

処遇職務手当あり(役割に応じて手当が発生します)

昇給制度あり(年1回・規程あり)
