<仕事内容>
今回は自動車の内装部品をつくる製造現場で、現場全体を見渡しながら管理・サポートをしていくお仕事の募集です。
具体的には…
- 日報やチェックシートの確認
- 各工程の進捗・出来高の確認
- 作業工程の管理や改善の提案 など
製造現場を"うまく回す"ために、スタッフとコミュニケーションを取りながら働けるポジションです
