調理補助の仕事は「簡単な調理、盛り付け、食器洗浄」です。

沖縄県浦添市牧港にある、

2007年開設の介護付有料老人ホームです

当施設は、高齢者向けの介護サービスを提供し、

1人ひとりの利用者に寄り添った

丁寧なケアを行っています

利用者の介護度合いに応じてフロアを分け、

軽介助が必要な方と全介助が必要な方が、

快適な環境で生活できるようサポートしています

【スタッフ構成と働きやすさ】

当施設には、看護職、介護職、厨房、

レストラン、事務職、施設管理者など、

様々な業務を100名以上のスタッフが担当しており、

20代~60代まで幅広い年齢層が活躍しています

特に女性スタッフが多く、

育児休業から復職したスタッフが多いのも特徴

仕事と育児を両立しやすい環境が整っており、
