【仕事内容】

アシスタント業務全般をお願いします。

30代~60代の女性のお客様を中心とした

大人女性向けサロンです。

骨格・髪質・ライフスタイルに合わせた

デザインを提供しています

スタッフは20代と40代の方が在籍中。

少人数制なので距離が近く、

チームワークも抜群です

帰国後に両親が経営していたサロンを

引き継ぐも経営の難しさから閉店。

そんな苦しい経験を経て、

勤務時間・曜日:

9:30~19:00(実働8h/休憩90分)

※残業ほぼなし

※休憩は90分をまとめて取っても、

30分ずつに分けて取ってもOK

休暇・休日:

完全週休2日制(月・火)

給与:

月給21万円~

固定残業代 4,000円(2時間分)を含む

※超過分は別途支給

※スキルに応じて技術給あり(3ヶ月に1回査定)

売上や勤続年数に応じて基本給UP

【月給例】

●50代女性(中途入社1年目)/月給30万円

●20代女性(新卒入社6年目)/月給29万円
