【仕事内容】

同社が2024年3月にリリースした住宅販売DX支援プラットフォーム「RaizOnline」を中心とした住宅業界向けの自社サービスの開発を行っていただきます。

加えて、同社が開発を進めているインテリア業界向けの新規サービスの開発や受託開発も行っていただく可能性がございます。

【具体的には】

・当社はこれまで受託開発を中心に行ってきており、自社サービスの開発は当社にとって大きな挑戦となります。

・中でも「RaizOnline」はリリース以降着々と需要を伸ばし、今日では同社を代表する主力サービスにまで成長しております。

顧客の声を反映して、様々な機能拡張を行なう過程において、営業と密に連携しつつ、開発を行っていただくことになります。

【ポイント】

・ご本人の経験や志向に合わせてではありますが、要件定義から基本設計、

詳細設計、実装、保守・運用まで幅広く行っていただくことを想定しております。

・開発したサービスを通じて住宅購入という「一生の買い物」における意思決定を支えることができます。

・ 不動産・インテリア業界というレガシーな業界におけるDXを推進する非常に大きな社会的な意義のある仕事です。

【求める人材】

・何らかのWebサービスの開発経験が5年以上ある事(使用言語がPHPであると尚可)

・ PM、PLの経験

・ AWSによるインフラ構築の経験

・ DB設計、構築の経験

・ クラウドサービスの開発経験

・ 大規模プラットフォームの開発経験

【給与】

年収600~900万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
