A. 近畿住設株式会社で、蓄電池や太陽光発電システムを扱う営業のお仕事です。大阪市北区曽根崎新地に本社があり、駅チカで通勤便利です。

Q. 具体的に何をするの?

A. 一般のご家庭向けに蓄電池や太陽光発電等システムのシミュレーション提案を行います。飛び込み営業は一切なく、車による訪問営業だけでなくwebによる商談もあります。

A. 同業界の営業として役職を与えられた経験が2年以上ある方を歓迎しています。商品研修や勉強会、先輩のサポート、OJT研修など充実のサポート体制があります。

営業会社ですが、夜遅くまで残ることはありません。

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥412,500は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥35,000(22時間相当分)を含む。22時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

◎等級制ですが、キャリア採用のため12等級(月給412500円)でスタートします。

◎基本給19万円+諸手当132500円+固定残業90000円(ただし残業は月間22hまで)=固定給412500円、さらに成果に応じたインセンティブ

◎固定残業は最長で月間22時間

(※上記を超える時間外労働分は追加で支給)

◎時間外手当は100%支給します。

◎等級制により上限の20等級で月給600500円さらに高額インセンティブ

試用期間あり:6カ月間(同条件)

【11級~15級】年収670万円~870万円

【16級~20級】年収900万円~1200万円
